Impression Mat – Small Diamond Design 6″ x 12”
- Use to add texture and an intricate pattern into rollout icing as Sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste, modelling chocolate and marzipan.
- Use on Buttercream Icing. Allow icing to crust (about 15 minutes). Lay impression mat over crusted icing and gently roll over the mat with a roller.
- Simply roll over the top with your rolling pin or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project.
- Impression mats can be cut to size, used either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste, they are flexible, strong and easy to wash.
